Dr. Petrelli's office is located on the 2nd floor of The Sporting Club @ The Bellevue, which is located at 220-224 South Broad St. 8 th Floor of the Bellevue Hyatt Parking Garage.   Membership to the club is not a requirement to be a patient of Dr. Petrelli.
